1. What the site offers

A free, searchable presentation of liquidation and business rescue notices about companies and close corporations published in the Government Gazette, Legal Notices A. It is provided for general information only.

2. No legal, financial or credit advice

Nothing here is legal advice, a credit report or a statement about anyone's solvency. A company named in a notice may have had an order set aside, a resolution cancelled or a rescue concluded after publication. Before acting — lodging a claim, stopping supplies, refusing credit — check the original Gazette notice and, where needed, the Master of the High Court, CIPC or an attorney.

3. Accuracy

Entries are generated automatically from PDF text and may contain extraction errors. We correct mistakes that are reported to us (see contact) but give no warranty that the register is complete, current or error-free.

4. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.

5. Re-use

The underlying Gazette notices are official texts. The selection, arrangement and wording of this site are the operator's own; please do not copy the site in bulk or scrape it automatically. Linking to individual pages is welcome.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
