Correction or removal of an entry

If a page shows the wrong name or registration number, mixes up two companies, or the winding-up order was set aside or the resolution cancelled, please send us:

• the address of the page on this site;
• the CIPC registration number of the company;
• what is wrong, and if possible the Gazette notice or court order that shows the correct position.

We aim to reply within ten working days. Display errors are corrected straight away. Where an order has been rescinded or set aside, the entry is updated or removed. Requests are handled free of charge.

The official record

We cannot change what was printed in the Government Gazette. Corrections to the official record must be made through the Master of the High Court that holds the file, the court that granted the order, or the attorneys who placed the notice.

This register does not list individuals. If you believe information about you as a natural person appears here, tell us and it will be removed. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) — see the privacy policy.
